Here is a short biography of John Erb, author of this
John Erb was a
research assistant for the Department of Psychology at
the University of Waterloo. He was inspired by his
parents’ volunteer work in countries such as Guyana,
Belize (Bah-Leeze) and Papua New Guinea and entered into
the field of human services.
For fifteen years
he worked as a counselor and advocate for people with
mental disabilities, specializing in Autism. When his
wife Michelle discovered that their daughter had been
poisoned by the fluoride promoted by their dentist, they
began the research that resulted in the publishing of
their book 'The Slow Poisoning of America'. John’s
theory and supporting research, that the food additive
Monosodium Glutamate is a direct cause of Obesity,
Diabetes, Autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactive
Disorder, is making waves in both the scientific
community, and in the grocery stores and restaurants of

What you don't know is how many people at the highest level of
government know about this research.
I wish to give you a little history about this Report:
August 2006 it was completed, and within days was read by Dr.
Jurgen Schlundt, Director of Food Safety of the World Health

Health Canada. Reviewed by team of scientists and passed upward
in the Food Directorate.

Response was excellent according to Dr. David Haslam, past
Chairman. One past Chairman of the Royal College of Physicians
was quoted in saying: "This report looks pretty damning to me."
Presented personally to the assistant to Senator Munsen,
chairman of the committee on Autism.
Invited to, and presented before the ten Senators on the Senate
Committee on Autism, Ottawa. Canada
Read by the assistant to Senator Tom Harkin, Chariman of the
Nutrition and Agriculture Committee
Read by Dr. Laura Tarantino, Director of Food Safety for the
FDA. Determined to merit review and passed to her team of
scientists for current review.
Received by the representatives on the Codex Alimentarius
Committee of the United Nations
Result: The Senior Standards Director of Kenya distributed it to
bureaus country wide to investigate the damage it is causing and
remove it from the food supply. Population affected: 30 million.
Sent to the offices of the CEO's of twenty two multinational
corperations, including McDonald's, Campbell's, Heinz and
others, asking them to explain why such a dangerous substance is
in our food.
Letter from Kraft stating as long as the FDA approves it, they
will continue using it.
Email from Sysco foods saying the Report is now in the hands of
the CEO himself.
Email from the Worldwide Director of Consumer Concerns for
Kellogg's thanking me for the "Comprehensive Report" and passing
it on to their team of scientists.
Call received from the Executive Director of Public Relations to
Yum Brands (KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, A&W, and Long John's
She spoke to me for half an hour and asked if I had suggestions
for a replacement for this nasty ingredient. She is passing the
report on to their nutrition scientists. She said she would pass
it on to her team of nutrition scientists.
Faxed the report to the assistant of Dr. Sanjay Gupta. Health
News pundit for CNN.
Now I am waiting to see when the s**t hits the fan.
My research has gotten me a lot of negative attention.
Two years ago I threatened the Premier of Nova Scotia that I
would "ride my horse down the main street of Halifax" to bring
attention to my research.
One week later, my prize horse was dead of an arrow through the
lungs, in the middle of the day, right beside our home while we
were inside with our children.
When I was in Ottawa last September, my family's farm was
completely burned to the ground by arsonists. The Gothic home,
the barn, the garage across our lane, even our historic Cooper
Over the last few years I have been interviewed by ABC, NBC, and
CBS and none of these reports have been allowed to air. Even
Richard Klein of the BBC knows who I am and some basics about my

the name of John Erb is known in the offices of the highest
level of government in US, Canada, and the United Nations WHO,
the public has not been allowed to even know.
My research would have too large an impact on the economy.
It is very hard to change the status quo, the old timers are
entrenched and will not yield to new ideas.
The main stream media is owned by the Corporations, and they
will not give up easily.
